Eagle Watch

Muscatine Eagles and Ivories website imageBald eagle watching opportunities abound along the Muscatine riverfront from December through early March as the eagles enjoy the excellent fishing opportunities created by the churning waters of Lock and Dam No. 16, which is just 1.3 miles upriver
from the Norbert F. Beckey Bridge in Muscatine. Enjoy the views from our shores using the spotting scopes outside Pearl City Station in our Riverside Park or from the vantage point of the Mark Twain Overlook.

Visit us in January for our annual Eagles and Ivories Ragtime Weekend, when you can eagle watch and enjoy ragtime music from internationally renowned musicians.

The schedule also includes silent movie viewing, supper, and after-hours socializing.
